SPE TRAINING

SPE Training programmes main aim is to ensure that our industry fully understands the importance of correct surface preparation.

As more surface preparation equipment has become available into the flooring market and we see an ever increasing emphasis on safe and professional working practices the demand for dedicated training has grown.

SPE Training consists of modern classroom facilities, a new practical workshop with concrete, steel, resin, and tiled terrazzo demonstration pads along with maintenance work areas for trainee fitters and lunch /refreshment facilities.

The company has five qualified trainers with many years of experience in surface preparation all able to deliver a wide range of courses with an interesting and informative format.

Working together with the National Specialist team of CITB construction skills and the approval of industry organisations like

HAE – Hire Association of Europe and Ferfa – The Resin Flooring Association our training courses have been carefully designed to provide a greater understanding of the surface preparation process. With an enhanced awareness of the safe and efficient application

of machines used throughout the industry attendees passing final examination are then certificated in the safe working practices and use of equipment.
